If there is any damage, missing item, or if the package seal appears to be broken, do not sign any delivery documents and request the courier to prepare a report. Return the package along with this report. Once you fulfill this obligation, your new product(s) will be sent to you immediately. Please note that if you accept delivery of a damaged or incomplete package, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items inside.
